    Quotation requests generated via compare-web-designers.com.au are filtered based on the location where the work is to be completed.
  • Are all visitors looking for discounts?
    No. Many visitors use our services because they are looking for a fast and easy way to select the best company to serve their website designer requirements.
  • How do I receive your quotation requests?
    All quotation requests are sent directly to your company's nominated email address (or fax number). Quotation requests are only sent from customers in your area who have read your company's description and have shown an interest in your company's services.
  • What are the costs?
    Your company will only be billed for each quotation request that is sent to you. We do not charge joining or subscription fees to use our service. The cost per quotation request is contained in our application and agreement form.
  • Is every quotation request sent to all the listed website designers in an area?
    No. Each visitor is given the option to choose which particular website designer they wish to receive a quote from. The website designers that best suit their requirements are chosen based on the listed company descriptions.
  • Do I have to pay for incomplete or fake quotation requests?
    Not at all. If a quotation request contains insufficient or fake contact details (both telephone and email address) then you have the right to make a claim. Simply return it to us within five (5) business days and once it has been approved, it will be credited to your account.
  • What if I receive the same quotation request twice?
    You may occasionally receive duplicated quotation requests. Our system automatically indentifies a duplicate lead 99% of the time. If you do get charged for the same lead twice, you may claim a credit.
  • What do I do if I receive too many quotation requests?
    We certainly don't want to overwhelm your business new quotation requests. Therefore if you find that your business cannot handle the quantity of quotation requests we send, simply contact us and we can pause your account until you wish to resume receiving more quotation requests again. There are no extra fees charged for this service.
  • Is it possible to update my company description or add my company’s logo? Yes, you can change your company description or add your company’s logo at any time. Simply contact us via email with the necessary changes.
  • Can I stop my listing on compare-web-designers.com.au at any time?
    Yes, you may cancel the agreement at any time by sending written notification (email or fax) that you wish to stop receiving our leads. You will only be billed for the leads sent to you up to 48 hours after the time of cancellation.
